My Carolina Dog absolutely loves swimming! Every time we go to the lake, he goes nuts with excitement. He loves splashing around and retrieving sticks from the water. It's amazing to see how natural they are in the water; it's like they were born to swim. I also take him on daily runs, which helps burn off all that energy. They are definitely not couch potatoes and need plenty of activities to keep them happy and healthy.

I’ll never forget when my Canaan Dog, Rocky, stole my sandwich right off the table. I turned around for just a second, and poof, it was gone! Canaan Dogs can be sneaky when they want something. I guess he thought it was a fair trade for all the treats I give him. Every time I have lunch now, I keep an eye on him!
