My Portuguese Podengo is always on high alert. It's like he has a sixth sense for spotting squirrels and birds long before I do. They are incredibly observant, thanks to their hunting background. Sometimes, I wonder if he can see things that are invisible to me! I just have to keep an eye on him, or he'll dart off chasing after something he thinks is there. It's both hilarious and exhausting.

Definitely not just yours! My Podengo is like a furry Sherlock Holmes. He needs to sniff every inch of the yard every time we go out. I even have to watch my shoes because he investigates them too. It can be a bit much sometimes, especially if we're in a hurry, but it’s part of his charm.

My Podengo is incredibly athletic! I swear he can jump higher than some of my friends. The way he bounds around the yard is like watching an athlete in training. They have incredible energy and need lots of outlets for it. Having agility training classes has helped channel his athleticism into something constructive. Plus, they thrive in an environment where they can run and play freely!
