Hokkaidos are unique and intelligent dogs. They can be a bit stubborn but are also very affectionate. I love having mine around because they are protective and playful. If you have experience with strong-willed breeds, a Hokkaido can be a great fit. Just make sure to provide plenty of exercise as they thrive on it.
