Pets
Q&A
answer · Briard
I think a Briard can be a great pet for the right owner. They are intelligent and protective, making them excellent companions. However, they do require regular grooming due to their long coat, so keep that in mind.
answer · Briard
At first, my Briard can be a bit aloof with new people. He will sit back and observe, making sure he feels comfortable before approaching. Once he gets a sense of them, he tends to warm up quickly and is super friendly. It's interesting because Briards are known for being protective, so I can see that instinct kick in when someone unfamiliar comes around.
answer · Briard
Mine learns faster than I expect.
answer · Briard
My Briard has this funny quirk where he insists on carrying his own leash during walks. It’s like he thinks he’s in charge! He also has a tendency to herd everything, including my cat, which leads to some amusing moments. They are intelligent and quirky dogs, and I love that about him.
question · Briard
My Briard watches everything happening in the house like it's their full-time job 😂 Does anyone else's Briard supervise the entire family?
