Q&A
answer · Australian Shepherd
Totally normal for Aussies. They are bred to be very attached to their humans, so following you around is just part of their nature. My dog will even sit outside the bathroom door if I leave. It's sweet but sometimes a bit much!
answer · Australian Shepherd
My Australian Shepherd's favorite activity is definitely frisbee. He could play for hours without getting tired.
question · Australian Shepherd
How does your Australian Shepherd do with children?
answer · Australian Shepherd
I would choose an Aussie again in a heartbeat. They are incredibly intelligent and learn new commands quickly, which has made training a joy. Plus, their affectionate nature means they bond closely with the family. However, I do have to keep them mentally stimulated with plenty of activities, or they get bored and mischievous. The shedding can be a bit much, but their loyalty and personality make it all worthwhile.
answer · Australian Shepherd
Rooster watches me hide them. Then waits to look innocent before cleaning house.

Short sessions daily work better than one long one.
