Q&A
answer · Puli
Yes, that sounds all too familiar! My Puli loves to find dirt and leaves to roll in. They are so vibrant and have such a playful spirit. After a good grooming session, he somehow manages to make himself look like a little forest creature within moments of being outside. It's both a challenge and a joy. Their curly coat is amazing but can be a magnet for mud. I’ve learned to keep a towel handy for quick clean-ups when he comes back from his outdoor adventures.
answer · Puli
Absolutely, they love swimming! Just be ready to clean up after.

I wholeheartedly recommend a Puli! They are unique dogs with amazing personalities. However, they do require a good amount of exercise and mental challenges.

Keeping my Puli’s cords looking good without spending all weekend grooming is a challenge, but I’ve found a routine that works. I comb through her cords regularly to prevent matting and use a spray conditioner to keep them nice and bouncy. Once a month, I give her a thorough wash and separate the cords while they dry. This will help them stay neat, and because of their unique corded coat, it’s essential to manage it well. Overall, consistency is key, and it makes grooming more manageable.

Definitely! My Puli has a knack for keeping tabs on everyone in the house. It's like they have a sixth sense. It's comforting, though, as they are very protective and alert, making them great companions.
