My Maltese has a special way of cuddling up next to me while I read. It's like she knows when I need some comfort. Having such an intuitive dog really makes for a great bond.

Definitely, Maltese dogs are wonderful! They're friendly, smart, and thrive in family settings. Mine gets along so well with everyone and adapts nicely to different environments. If you're considering a Maltese, just make sure you have the time for grooming. They're such lovable little dogs.

Every Maltese I know thinks they own the couch! Mine has claimed her spot and will jump on it whenever I try to sit down. It's hard to get her to budge. They really do have a regal attitude, like they're the kings and queens of the house.

I tend to carry my Maltese a lot, and honestly, I think it’s a part of their charm. They are such little characters, and being close really strengthens our bond. I know some people say not to spoil them too much, but I believe that each dog is different. If they’re happy and well-adjusted, a little extra love and attention can't hurt. Just make sure they get some playtime and independence too!
