For sure! My Chesapeake has amazed me multiple times. Once, he spent hours trying to fetch a stick stuck under a bush. He wouldn’t give up, and I had to help him out eventually. It's funny because they can be so stubborn, but that determination makes them great companions. They really put their hearts into everything they do, whether it's fetching or just trying to get your attention.

Three throws is a warm up. Flirt pole in the yard helps burn the edge off before we come inside. A job helps. Even silly stuff like carrying a bag on walks or learning a new cue mid-hike. Still figuring it out like everyone else, Emily.
