Our Azawakh is fantastic with children. She's very gentle and patient, which is a blessing because my kids can be a little overzealous at times. They often play together in the yard, and she seems to really enjoy their company. I find it adorable how she instinctively knows to be careful when they're around. The breed is known for being protective, but with proper introductions, her bond with the kids has only grown stronger. Just make sure to teach kids to respect her space, as Azawakhs can be quite independent.
