My Lab, Scout, is always on high alert when I’m in the kitchen. Even if I'm preparing food quietly, he can sense it from anywhere. He'll plop down right near me, waiting for the tiniest crumb to fall. I’ve learned to be careful when eating around him. Labs are such food enthusiasts; it’s part of their charm!

I didn’t expect their appetite to be so huge. Labs will eat just about anything, so keeping a watch on their diet is crucial.

Fetch is definitely my Lab's favorite game. He runs after the ball like it’s the best thing ever. I’ve even trained him to bring it back almost every time.
question · Labrador Retriever
Does your Lab think every person is their new best friend?
answer · Labrador Retriever
Yes, I'd choose a Lab every time. They bring so much joy into everyday life. Their goofy attitudes and love for water are just some of the reasons I adore them. They are also great with kids, which is a huge plus.
answer · Labrador Retriever
We do let our Lab sleep in bed, and honestly, it’s lovely. Labs are known for their cuddly nature, so having him close at night is comforting. He loves being part of the family and often seeks out warmth. Just be prepared for some wiggling!
