My Bullmastiff loves to greet guests by bringing them a toy. It's amusing to watch him try to make new friends while dragging his favorite squeaky toy around the house. They have such a gentle nature despite their size, and it makes for some funny moments.

Definitely recommend a Boerboel! They are incredibly loyal and protective of their family, making them excellent guard dogs. However, they do need a firm handler, especially when they're young. Training and socialization should start early. I made sure to expose mine to different experiences, which helped them adjust well. They're also known for being sweet with children, which is a great bonus.

Sweetest goofball at home. Mine follows room to room and leans the second I stop petting. They are gentle with kids in our house but still need space when overwhelmed. Supervise like any big dog.
