Yes, my Sheltie does the same! He rounds us up like we’re sheep. It's amusing but also a bit exhausting at times because he’s always trying to keep everything in line. I think it’s a part of their herding background that makes them so attentive. They can be great if you have kids, as they tend to be protective and playful.
