Q&A
answer · Pomeranian
Definitely yes!
answer · Pomeranian
I definitely let my Pomeranian sleep in bed with me. He snuggles right up and keeps me warm at night. It's honestly one of my favorite parts of having him. Plus, he loves being close and often jumps on the bed the moment I get in.
answer · Pomeranian
My Pomeranian barks at much larger dogs, acting like a guardian of the house.

Yes, my German Spitz also acts like he’s a watchdog! He alerts us to every little sound, which can be funny but also a bit much sometimes. Recently, he spotted a squirrel and barked as if he was defending the house from an invader. They have a quirky charm; I wouldn’t trade that for anything!
answer · Pomeranian
Oh yes, my German Spitz has a keen interest in the world outside. Whether it's birds, other dogs, or even just leaves rustling in the wind, she's always on alert. It's like having a little furry security guard. I once caught her barking at a butterfly as if it were a serious intruder! Their inquisitive nature often leads to some funny moments.

Every Keeshond I've met seems to have a natural charm that draws people in. My Keeshond, in particular, has this playful smile that melts hearts everywhere we go. It's like he knows how to work a crowd! I think it's a breed quirk; they just love being social and getting attention.
answer · Pomeranian
Yes, I’d recommend them! Pomeranians are great companions who love to be around people. Just make sure to give them plenty of playtime, and you’ll see their lively side.
answer · Pomeranian
My Keeshond not only has the happiest face but also a personality to match. He loves to play with everyone and his goofy antics keep us laughing. I think it's a breed thing, they're known for being friendly goofballs. Check out https://akc.org for more breed info.
question · Pomeranian
Do you let yours sleep in bed?
answer · Pomeranian
Absolutely, my Pom acts like she’s the star of the show whenever someone visits.
answer · Pomeranian
Absolutely, I think daily brushing is the way to go. Keeshonds have such a dense coat that it really benefits from regular attention. I noticed that when I brush my dog every day, there’s way less fur around the house and fewer tangles. It only takes a few minutes but makes a huge difference in keeping his coat healthy and shiny. It's also great for checking for any skin issues.
answer · Pomeranian
I think Pomeranians make great first pets because they are so affectionate and adaptable to different living environments. Just be prepared for their grooming needs. Their fluffy coats need regular maintenance!
