My Canaan Dog, Bella, has a penchant for mischief. One day, she discovered how to open our back gate and made a run for it. We found her a few blocks away, happily greeting strangers. Canaan Dogs are naturally curious and love exploring their surroundings. It was a bit stressful, but mostly it was just funny to see how proud she looked. Now, we have to be extra careful with the gates!

I would recommend a Canaan Dog. They are independent and can be quite protective. I've found that they bond closely with their families while also being fairly easy to train. They're also great with kids and adapt well to different living situations.
