Q&A
answer · Tibetan Terrier
Yes, Tibetan Terriers are wonderful pets. They tend to get along well with kids and other animals, making them versatile family dogs. Just keep in mind that they require regular grooming due to their long, thick coats. They're a bit of a handful but so rewarding to have.

I did switch to a shorter trim, and it’s been a game changer for maintenance. Tibetan Terriers have that beautiful, dense coat that can quickly become a mess if not managed well. With the shorter cut, grooming is much quicker, and it still looks good. I found that my dog seems more comfortable too, especially in warmer weather. It's a good change if you're looking for something easier to handle.
question · Tibetan Terrier
Is it just mine, or does your Tibetan Terrier always have to be near at least one family member?
answer · Tibetan Terrier
Oh, I can totally relate to that! My Tibetan Terrier, Max, seems to attract every leaf, twig, and bit of fluff on our walks. Their long, flowing coat is beautiful but it definitely has a mind of its own. I usually have to brush him again after our outdoor adventures just to get everything out. Sometimes I think he enjoys collecting nature, but it can be a hassle for sure. Have you tried using a slicker brush? It helps with those stubborn leaves!

Do you let your Tibetan Terrier sleep in bed?
