Q&A
answer · Lapponian Herder
I would definitely choose to have another Lapponian Herder. They are incredibly affectionate and intelligent, making them great family dogs. Their herding instinct means they have a need for mental stimulation, which I enjoy providing. I've also found that they are quite good at adapting to different environments. Overall, they bring so much joy and love into our home.
answer · Lapponian Herder
Yes, mine is always looking for something to do! If he doesn’t have a task, he gets restless and starts creating his own 'jobs,' like rearranging my shoes.
question · Lapponian Herder
How do they do with children?
question · Lapponian Herder
We went for a two-hour hike today... my Lapponian Herder came home looking ready for another one 😂 Anyone else?
answer · Lapponian Herder
I love that my trainer recommended it. Scent work taps into my Lapponian's natural instincts and really keeps her happy and focused during play sessions.
