My Briard is pretty reserved around strangers.

One of the funniest habits my Briard has is how he reacts to the vacuum cleaner. He barks and chases it around, thinking he can conquer it! It’s amusing to watch his brave but silly attempts at scaring it away.

Mine learns faster than I expect. I do five minute training reps before work. Saves the evening chaos. Trainer said the same thing and I did not believe it until I tried. Mental work actually calms my dog down. Still figuring it out like everyone else, Oliver.

The lean is real. Guests expect tough, get cuddles in five minutes. Happens constantly. They are gentle with kids in our house but still need space when overwhelmed. Supervise like any big dog.
