I usually let my Pyrenean Shepherd off-leash at the park, and she does great with recalls. They have a strong herding instinct, so they tend to stay close.

I would absolutely choose a Pyrenean Shepherd again! They are incredibly loyal and protective of their family, which makes them amazing companions. They thrive in active households and require lots of exercise, so they're perfect if you love outdoor activities. One thing to note is that they can be a bit reserved with strangers, but they warm up quickly. Their intelligence also means they can learn a variety of commands and tricks, which is always fun.
