My Greyhound slept almost the entire afternoon... then exploded into zoomies for exactly three minutes 😂 Is anyone else's Greyhound built like this?

Yes! Mine does the same thing. She has these random burst of energy and it's hilarious to watch.

Exactly! My Greyhound can be so lazy all day, then suddenly she'll sprint around the house like a lunatic. It cracks me up. They have such a unique energy level, and it's completely normal for them to alternate between lounging and zooming.
