I only let my Manchester Terrier off-leash in secure areas. They have a strong prey drive and can wander quite a bit. Training has helped, but I prefer to be cautious.

I don't fully trust my Manchester Terrier off-leash. They are energetic and curious by nature, which can lead them into trouble. Even though they have good recall, distractions like squirrels or other dogs can easily sway their attention. I've had to call mine back more than once when they spotted something interesting. That said, with consistent training, I've noticed a lot of improvement. I always keep a close eye on them when outdoors.

Not really. My Manchester Terrier is too curious and would easily run off after something.

I don’t trust mine off-leash either. They can get easily distracted and have a strong instinct to chase things.
