Totally relate! My Pyrenean Mastiff has this huge imposing size but a heart to match. When friends come over, they always expect him to be fierce, but he prefers to lounge around and soak up affection. It's funny to see people's faces when he flops over for belly rubs. Did you know these dogs were bred to guard livestock? Their protective instincts are strong, but their temperament is usually so sweet with family and friends.
