I feel pretty comfortable letting my Taiwanese Dog off leash, especially in open spaces. They’re quite loyal and tend to stick close to me. However, I make sure we practice recall regularly since they can get easily distracted by small animals. Keeping a close eye on them helps, and I always carry some treats to reinforce good behavior.

I do trust my Taiwanese Dog off leash, but only in secure areas.
