I would definitely recommend getting a Xoloitzcuintli if you want a unique and affectionate companion. They are known for being great with families and very loyal. Plus, their hairless coat means less shedding, which is a nice bonus. Just be aware that they can be a bit reserved around strangers, so early socialization is key. Overall, they make fantastic pets.

I think Xoloitzcuintlis are awesome! They have this interesting, ancient history and are quite low maintenance when it comes to grooming. Just keep in mind that they do require some warmth since they lack fur. If you can provide that, they’re amazing companions.
