Oh yes, my Yakutian Laika thrives in the colder weather! It's like she turns into a puppy again. I think it's because they were bred to work in harsh climates, so the cold invigorates them. She loves to run around in the snow, and she even seems to have more energy. I’ve noticed she can handle the cold much better than my other dogs.
