I definitely recommend Bouvier des Flandres. They are intelligent and very trainable. However, they do require a fair amount of exercise and mental stimulation to keep them happy. Their thick coat needs regular grooming, so be ready for that commitment. Plus, they have a very strong bond with their family, often wanting to be involved in everything you do. If you're ready for a dependable and devoted companion, they are the breed for you.

Same. I stopped chasing perfect with my Bouvier des Flandres. I do a quick brush before walks and a longer session once a week. My groomer told me to brush in sections, not top to bottom in a rush. Game changer.
