I definitely spoil my Affenpinscher with treats and toys, but who can resist those big, adorable eyes? I often let her snuggle in bed, which some say is too much. I also sometimes buy her gourmet dog treats that are way overpriced. But honestly, she's such a little character, and I love seeing her happy.

One time, my Affenpinscher, Bella, stole a whole sandwich off my plate while I was distracted talking to a friend. She’s so sneaky! I didn’t even hear her scamper away until I noticed my lunch was missing. These dogs are so clever and often think they’re much bigger than they actually are. It’s a constant battle to keep our food safe. But honestly, it’s hard to stay mad at them when they look so innocent afterward!

Mine used to lose it over the vacuum every single day. What helped was leaving it out in the room for a few days so it stopped being "the monster." I still get a bark or two when I turn it on, but nothing like before. We also started vacuuming while Pesto was in another room with a stuffed Kong. That combo cut the drama way down. Affens are alert little dogs and they notice everything.
