Q&A
answer · Parson Russell Terrier
I would absolutely get another Parson Russell Terrier. They are full of energy and have such a fun personality. My first one was a handful, but their playful nature just wins you over. Plus, they’re really smart and can learn tricks quickly. If you enjoy a dog that keeps you on your toes, go for it!
answer · Parson Russell Terrier
Not a chance! My Parson Russell gets way too distracted by scents and sounds. They’re friendly, but they just love to run off to investigate. Keeping them on a leash is the safest option for everyone.

My dog is a bundle of energy!
question · Parson Russell Terrier
Would you recommend a Parson Russell Terrier?
answer · Parson Russell Terrier
Absolutely! My Parson Russell Terrier has outsmarted me on numerous occasions. They’re quick thinkers and can be very clever. One time, he figured out how to unlock the gate, so I had to install a better latch. They are so intelligent and will definitely keep you on your toes.
answer · Parson Russell Terrier
Not really. My Parson Russell Terrier can destroy a toy in minutes, no matter how tough it claims to be.
answer · Parson Russell Terrier
My Parson Russell is always ready to go. I take him on long walks and he still wants to play when we get home. It’s great to see his enthusiasm, but I’ve had to stay on top of his exercise needs.
answer · Parson Russell Terrier
Yes, I would!

My Parson Russell, Max, has this hilarious habit of barking at the vacuum cleaner. One day, the vacuum fell over and scared him so much that he jumped into my lap! It was like he thought he was trying to protect me from this monster. Sometimes, I wonder if they really think they're bigger than they are because they have such a fearless attitude. He’s also not shy about showing off his toys to anyone who visits.
