Three throws is a warm up. Flirt pole in the yard helps burn the edge off before we come inside.

Never runs out. Ever. Morning run plus afternoon training or we pay for it at night. Without both physical and mental outlets, you get zoomies at the worst possible time. Usually 9pm. Still figuring it out like everyone else, Sofia.
