If you have a lot of space, yes! They’re wonderful dogs, but they do need a lot of exercise and training.

I absolutely recommend the Estrela Mountain Dog if you're up for a dedicated companion. They are protective and loyal, making great family pets. Their independent nature means they can sometimes be stubborn, but with consistent training, they thrive. Just make sure you have the space for them, as they do love to roam.
