It depends on the visitor. Some people are a bit scared of large dogs, but my Neapolitan Mastiff is such a gentle giant. I usually introduce him slowly, allowing him to sniff their hands first before letting them pet him. Just remember, Neos can be stubborn, but they love affection when they’re comfortable!

Visitors usually love to pet him. He’s super sweet and affectionate, but I make sure to tell them to approach gently. Neapolitan Mastiffs can be quite laid-back and friendly if they’re familiar with someone.

I don’t mind visitors petting him as long as my Mastiff is calm.

I let them, but I supervise at all times.

I let some close friends pet him.
