Nope.

I wouldn’t trust my Norwegian Elkhound off-leash. They have a strong hunting instinct and can be quite independent. Even in familiar areas, they might wander off if something piques their interest, like a squirrel or a rabbit.

My Norwegian Elkhound is pretty reliable, but I still wouldn't trust him off-leash everywhere. He loves to explore!
