My neighbor says Huskies should never be trusted off leash. Do you agree?

I totally agree that Huskies are not to be trusted off-leash unless they are exceptionally well-trained. They have a strong prey drive and can easily get distracted by anything that moves. My Husky once spotted a squirrel and took off like a rocket. It took me a while to get him back! So, I always keep him leashed on walks unless I'm in a secured area.

Absolutely, Huskies should generally be kept on a leash. When my buddy sees a rabbit, he’s off in a flash. Training helps, but even then, I don’t take chances.

Yes, I think they should stay on a leash. Huskies can be unpredictable.

I agree! They can run incredibly fast and have a mind of their own.
