Our Foxhound loves to chase after a ball or play fetch in the backyard. They are so fast and can run for a long time. I've noticed that if I combine some basic obedience training during the play, it really helps focus their energy. They have this amazing stamina, typical for the breed, which means regular exercise is key to keeping them calm indoors.

My American Foxhound loves to follow scents too! He'll be sniffing around one moment, and then suddenly bolts after a smell, leaving me in disbelief. It's part of what makes walks with him so interesting, but it can also be a bit of a challenge.
