I usually let my Lancashire Heeler off leash in safe, enclosed areas. They have a lot of energy and love to run, but their herding instinct can kick in. I always keep an eye on them, just in case they decide to herd something unexpected.

I don’t let mine off leash often. They’re smart but can get distracted easily, especially by squirrels or other dogs.

I let my Lancashire Heeler off leash during walks in the dog park. They are great at staying close, but I always have a few treats on hand. If they start wandering too far, a quick call usually brings them back. It’s fun to watch them interact with other dogs. Just be aware of their strong prey drive; they sometimes chase after small animals.

I let my Lancashire Heeler off leash in open fields, but I keep a watchful eye. They can be independent thinkers. It's amazing how quickly they take off when they see something interesting. Just don’t forget the recall training!

I never let my Lancashire Heeler off leash around busy areas. They can be pretty quick to dash off.
