I highly recommend them, but be ready for their stubborn streak. Lhasa Apsos are independent thinkers, which can make training a bit of a challenge, but their loyalty is unmatched. They do require regular grooming to keep their beautiful coats in shape, but once you get into a routine, it's manageable.
