I was surprised by how affectionate my Rottweiler is. He’s so gentle and loves to cuddle, which isn't what I expected from such a big dog.

One thing that really surprised me after getting a Rottweiler was their intelligence. They learn commands quickly, but they also have a stubborn streak. My Rottie has a tendency to think he knows better than me, which can be both frustrating and funny. They are also loyal to a fault, always wanting to be by your side, almost like a shadow!
