The biggest surprise was her stubbornness. She has her mind made up!

I didn’t think she’d be so playful! She loves to run and play fetch.

After bringing my Japanese Akitainu, Yuki, home, I was surprised by how attached she became to me so quickly. I expected her to be more independent since Akitainus are generally known for their strong will. But she follows me around the house and even sits next to me while I work. They have a regal air, but don’t let that fool you; they crave companionship. I love how she's affectionate and loves to cuddle, especially during chilly nights. It really adds a warmth to our home.
